- Post results to Sell-Res page & date the entry w/ a html separator line across the bottom of the entry.

- every other week: run mls search List View and Flyer View comps for the last 2 weeks ( since last run....save the search) of on-markets: Criteria should be as a saved search in Knxxs, but if its not: .....rental house ( not condo ), up to $65k ( the wish to pay 50k max but foreclosures will look at harsh offers ), Fenton or Linden zip codes ( i.e., various townships and counties involved ), must have basement, min 3 bdrm, min. s/f 900, paved road & garage preferred.

Overhaul the Omer9999 to Last9999 client interface set up.
- This is something that needs to be refreshed significantly.
- Then each client area needs "old info" copy/pasted into new pages.
- Then all client folder working areas need to be uploaded.
Overhaul the Rltr.flz area Properties template pages for current listings AND for current seller pages.
Overhaul LakeShannon.net pages for
- easier touring of photos. We'll take off house numbers in a "general access" area, and then have house numbers in a "password" area
- Create an index.html password start page redirecting to a Active Client password protected page that will link out to OnMarkets, Solds, Tour w/ House Numbers, SEV Grid worksheets/pd
